Wow, what an incredible evening! Restaurant Hertensstein is a place we love to return to for special occasions – and this time was no exception, as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The venue is classic yet modern, radiating warmth and calm, with a beautiful view over the city of Baden. The service was absolutely top notch: attentive down to the smallest detail, yet never stiff – warm, friendly, and full of passion. The food, as always, was a true highlight: top quality, perfectly executed, a delight for the palate and beautifully presented for the eyes as well. On top of that, the wine selection is simply unmatched in the region. In short: absolutely outstanding – we’ll be back anytime! A big thank you to the whole team for creating such a memorable experience.

It was a nice experience. The ambient is pleasant, service is courteous but somehow slow. It took an hour between dishes also to get my first glass of wine. The english menu was much smaller and even different than the original one. As a vegetarian I felt left out during the appetizer. The food was tasty also the desert. I was only disappointed with the main dish. It was rice with vegetables, and too sweet for my taste. My colleague did not finish his veal because it was undercooked. They should have asked how he wanted it. Overall experience was good, but a bit too pricey.

We celebrated our wedding there in November and everything was amazing! The staff was incredibly nice and thoughtful, the food was delicious and it was the perfect location for a wedding for 75 guests! We had a great time and would warmly recommend anyone to celebrate their special day there!

Absolutely superb. Had our wedding meal here. 30 guests. The food, service and atmosphere couldn't have been better. I can't remember the names of the owners but their organisation skills and the tentative nature and attention to detail was second to none. My wife and I ate here before our wedding meal and the quality of the food, its presentation and use of locally sourced fresh ingredients confirmed our decision to have our wedding celebration here. We will make this a regular dining venue. Thank you once again and we will definitely see you again soon.

Amazing food. Even the salad was delicious. The service was one of the best I ever had. Many waiters and waitresses that give you a lot of attention and give you recommendations. It is a beautiful place, with a wonderful view and a super cute entrance. Recommendable!
